Can I cover my home while it’s listed?

When the property is listed, and the seller agrees to provide a home warranty plan paid out of the proceeds of the closing, the seller receives coverage at no additional cost for the duration of the listing period (not to exceed 180 days). At closing, the Seller Home Warranty converts to a Buyer Home Warranty, providing the buyer coverage.

The average Home Warranty on single family homes less than 4000 sq. ft. costs approximately $350-$400 for 1 year, though prices always vary.
